Live Leak Repair

We design, manufacture, and install containment and leak control systems for pipelines, pressure vessels, and valves in operation, in compliance with ASME PCC-2 and ISO 24817 standards. Our solutions safely contain leaks of hydrocarbons, steam, water, gases, and acids without the need to halt production, eliminating hazardous conditions and preventing unscheduled shutdowns that result in significant losses for your operation.

  • Injectable Mechanical Clamps A fast and effective solution for repairing leaks in pipes and pressurized equipment. Designed in accordance with Section 3.6 of the ASME PCC-2 standard, they safely contain leaks without shutting down the system, offering versatility and durability under a wide range of pressure and temperature conditions.
  • Hot Bolting and Injection Rings When flanged connections leak around the studs, each stud is replaced individually while a sealing compound is injected through special rings placed between the flange face and the nut, ensuring a tight seal without interrupting operation. (Article 3.11 ASME PCC-2)
  • Valve Repacking Press An effective solution when valves leak through the gland. It allows the valve to remain operational during maintenance and can be installed in systems handling flammable fluids by purging the injection point with nitrogen or steam to inert it.
  • Non-Metallic Repairs — Composite Repairs A structural repair system based on glass and carbon fibers embedded in an epoxy, vinyl ester, or urethane polymer matrix. Complies with ASME PCC-2, ISO 24817, API 653 Annex J, and ASME B31. Applications: structural reinforcement, corrosion protection, leak prevention and sealing, mechanical protection, and abrasion protection.
  • Thickness Correction for Pressure Vessels Restoration of wall thicknesses reduced by corrosion or erosion in pressure vessels using non-metallic repair techniques, thereby extending the service life of the equipment without the need for replacement.
  • Tank Repair and Reinforcement — API 653 Repair and reinforcement of storage tanks in accordance with API 653, compatible with over 275 fluids, including acids, caustics, hydrocarbons, solvents, and drinking water. Repairs provide a service life of up to 12 years.
